Privacy Policy
CocktailHub is a mobile app designed to help you discover cocktail recipes, save favorites, and create recipe suggestions from the ingredients you have on hand. This policy explains what data the app may use and how it is handled.
Website pages and cookies
The privacy policy, terms, and support pages on cocktailhub.app are static informational pages. These website pages do not set advertising cookies, do not track visitors across the web for tracking purposes, and do not include Google Analytics or marketing tags.
Information we collect
CocktailHub does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or precise location. Favorites, recipe history, selected ingredients, and app preferences are stored locally on your device.
The app may use Google AdMob to show ads. On iOS, ad behavior depends on your Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) choice, and the advertising identifier (IDFA) is never used for tracking without your permission.
Ads on iOS
CocktailHub first requests Apple App Tracking Transparency permission on iOS. If you allow tracking, the Google-provided ad consent form may be shown in applicable regions and personalized ads may be served based on your choices.
If you do not allow tracking, the Google consent form is never shown, the advertising identifier is not used, and all iOS ad requests are sent with non-personalized ad preferences. Ads continue to work without tracking in that case.
Why we use information
- To power recipes, favorites, and history features on your device.
- To remember app preferences.
- To show ads, measure ad performance, and prevent abuse.
- To understand app errors and performance issues.
Third-party services
Google services may be used for ads and privacy controls. You can review Google's own policies for more information about how Google handles data.

Data retention
Favorites, history, and preferences stored by CocktailHub remain on your device until the app is removed or its local data is cleared. Data processed by Google is subject to Google's own retention policies.
Children's privacy
CocktailHub is not intended for children. Because the app may include alcoholic drink recipes, it should only be used by people who are of legal drinking age where they live.
